Coffee Recipe: Sweet Whipped Avocado Latte

Avocado doesn’t have to just go on toast! If you have any avocado left from breakfast, make it into a sweet whip, and scoop a dollop on it onto an iced latte – pulled my espresso on my @wacaco_official minispresso with @cafeteriacoffee_ph Agoncillo coffee! 🎊 If you can’t have much dairy either, you don’t have to miss out with this delicious whipped cream substitute – never settle for less, kape-tids ✨

Sweet Whipped Avocado Latte Recipe


  • 7g of coffee, fine ground
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1.5 cup Oat milk
  • 0.5 – 1 oz of brown sugar syrup
  • 1 avocado
  1. Brew espresso style coffee
    1. Grind fine ground 
    2. Boil water 
    3. Press coffee
    4. Protip: Chill espresso with an ice cube before pouring on top of milk 
  2. Blender
    1. Scoop 1/2 or 1 whole avocado into blender
      1. Protip: Mash the avocado with a fork before putting into blender
    2. Pour brown sugar syrup into blender
    3. Pour oat milk until avocado is submerged
    4. Blend
    5. Mix in some sugar to taste into avocado whip
  3. Pour oat milk until about 1/2 inch from top of the glass
  4. Float espresso on top
  5. Scoop avocado whip onto iced latte
  6. Top with white sugar
